The annual club dinner was once again a success, with a great time had by all. The committee would like to thank everyone who was involved in the event as well as everyone who came down to enjopy themselves.

The annual Rugby Club Dinner will take place on May the 11th at the Maynard Hotel, Grindleford. As usual, this will be formal (black tie/evening dress) attire.

Everyone is welcome to come down to the event. There will be a disco and late bar. For table reservations please contact Colin Field on 07887 841096 or Steve Richardson on 07973 709286.

There are also a number of other important dates for your diaries throughout the summer:

• AGM – In the Peaks Inn, Castleton. Starting at 11.30am on April 21st. Can all members please attend.
• Castleton Barn Dance – July 14th. All members please attend, as this is to aid club funding, and enjoy the evening. There will be a bar, barbeque and live bands including Hot Bitch and Flat Dogs
• Inter Village Tournament – August 18th.
• HVRUFC sponsors, members and friends Golf Day – Sickleholme Golf Club, date yet to be confirmed
